MEET THE TEAM

JAMISON CARR, OD

Originally from Illinois, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois before moving to Memphis to pursue my Doctor of Optometry at Southern College of Optometry, where I graduated in 2016.

During my training, I completed clinical rotations at The Eye Center at Southern College of Optometry, Loden Vision Center, and a private practice in Franklin, TN.

I am a member of the Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians and the American Optometric Association.
Outside of the office, my wife Ellen and I enjoy traveling and spending time with our two sons.

DEIDRE

MANAGER

I graduated from WVU with my B.S. in Business Administration and will always be a proud Mountaineer. My greatest joy in life is being able to be a sister, a bonus mom, an aunt and godmother to all my amazing kids.

I love watching college football and Celtics basketball with my nephew Ian.
I'm an avid reader — and yes, audiobooks absolutely count.

I love to travel, especially with my daughters Kara and Ashley, and I've been blessed to travel to Honduras several times on mission trips with Hearts2Honduras.

My professional belief is simple: there is a perfect frame for everyone. No one looks bad in glasses, they just haven't found the right pair yet.

OLIVIA GRACE, ABOC

LAB MANAGER

Originally from Seoul, South Korea, I’m an ABOC, LDO apprentice, and lab manager. I enjoy what I do and feel lucky to have found a career that allows me to work with people while also being creative and hands-on.

I’ve always believed that it costs absolutely nothing to be kind. I’m a passionate mental health advocate and believe everyone deserves a second chance. Kindness, compassion, and making people feel seen and accepted are values I try to carry with me every day.

When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me creating something, listening or writing music, trying a new recipe, stopping to say hello to just about every animal I see, or at the gym. I love spending time with my husband, Alex, and enjoying the little moments that make life feel special.

GRACIN

OPTOMETRIC TECHNICIAN

I’m currently a college student working toward my associates degree in Health Science, and I’m excited to be building my career in the eye care field. I’m originally from Missouri and recently moved to Tennessee, so I’ve loved getting to know a new area and experiencing everything Nashville has to offer.

Outside of work and school, I love staying active, working out, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. I also have a mini Aussiedoodle named Bronco, who keeps me busy and brings plenty of personality into my life! I’ve always had a love for beauty, fashion, and self-care, so I especially enjoy anything that lets me be creative and express my personal style.

I’m excited to continue learning, growing, and getting to know our patients while making each person feel comfortable and welcomed.
